We have provided classification and compensation studies for City of Grants Pass, City of Irvine, City of Medford, City of Phoenix, and the County of Santa Barbara. WBCP’s studies address title, department, and organizational salary and compensation needs.

WBCP did a comprehensive classification and compensation study for the County of Santa Barbara for 147 benchmark job classes. The study required a comparison of wages as well as most benefits and was customized to meet the County’s needs.
